Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Standard Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>7 days or more before check-in date<\/strong> \u2013 Eligible for <strong>100% refund<\/strong> (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>3\u20136 days before check-in<\/strong> \u2013 Eligible for <strong>50% refund<\/strong> of the booking amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>within 72 hours of check-in<\/strong> \u2013 No refund will be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-shows<\/strong> will be charged 100% of the booking amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Peak Season &amp; Holiday Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During peak seasons, long weekends, and public holidays:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>10 days before check-in<\/strong> \u2013 Eligible for 50% refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>within 10 days of check-in<\/strong> \u2013 No refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(Management reserves the right to define peak dates.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed within <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong> from the date of cancellation approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Booking Modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date changes are subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rate differences may apply if rescheduling to a different season or room category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modification requests must be made at least 5 days prior to check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Early Departure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, management may offer rescheduling options at its discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
